Namitha Pramod is Ashwathy in Jayasurya’s ‘Eesho’

As Jayasurya - Nadirshah’s thriller ‘Eesho’ is awaiting its OTT premiere, the makers unveiled the character poster for the actor Namitha Pramod who will be playing an advocate character named Ashwathy. Actor Namitha Pramod, who is playing the female lead in Jayasurya’s ‘Eesho’ took to her official Instagram handle to unveil her character look poster. ‘Eesho’ will be skipping its theatrical release and will have a direct-to-OTT premiere as a popular OTT platform bagged its streaming rights for a whopping amount. The film was also censored with a clean ‘U’ certificate even though ‘Eesho’ stirred up controversies regarding its title which was said to be derogatory to a certain community. Director Nadirshah reportedly said that ‘Eesho’ will be a film that anyone can watch with their family and also has a storyline that is really engaging. The makers also unveiled an intriguing teaser previously which featured a conversation between the characters played by Jayasurya and Jaffar Idukki. 'Eesho’ marks the second team-up of Jayasurya and Nadirshah who previously collaborated for the comedy entertainer ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’. The script for ‘Eesho’ is written by Suneesh Varanad and is bankrolled by Arun Narayan. Roby Varghese Raj cranks the lens for the thriller which is edited by Shameer Muhammed. Rahul Raj is in charge of the music department of the film. Jayasurya plays the titular character ‘Eesho’ and Jaffar Idukki will be seen playing the character Ramachandran Pillai in the film directed by Nadirshah.
