Mollywood celebs and their Onam attires

Like Ona sadya, Onakodi too has a special place in the Onam celebrations. Though Malayalis stick to the traditional attire Kasavu clothes, every year, they try to bring in innovations in it. Kasavu sari may have different borders or designs, some would stitch dress with the Kerala Kasavu material and other different style of blouses. When it comes to men they go match the kasavu mund with designer shirts. Above all, it’s the celebs who actually introduce all these fashions to the social media. Unlike, the previous two Onams where Malayalis preferred to keep it low-key due to the floods that affected the state in the month of August in 2018 and 2019, this year we saw celebs being very actively celebrating Onam and posting it on their social media pages.
