Mohanlal-Jeethu Joseph movie ‘Drishyam’ to be remade in the Indonesian language

Blockbuster Malayalam movie ‘Drishyam’ is getting yet another remake. And this time the film will be remade in the Indonesian language. Jeethu Joseph’s directorial ‘Drishyam’ featuring Mohanlal was released in 2013. The sequel of the film ‘Drishyam 2’ was released this year. The makers have now announced that the film is getting an Indonesian remake. PT Falcon, a company based in Jakarta will be presenting the film in Indonesia. The original Malayalam movie ‘Drishyam’ is already been remade in several Indian and foreign languages. Following the success of the original movie, director Jeethu Joseph remade it into Tamil with the title ‘Papanasam’. Later it was remade into Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi languages. The Malayalam movie grabbed the attention of the world and later it was remade in Chinese and Sinhala languages.
