Makers of ‘Nadikalil Sundari Yamuna’ recreate ‘Vellarapoomala Mele’ song

Remember the ‘Vellarapoomala Mele’ song from Mohanlal starrer ‘Varavelpu’? If you enjoyed Johnson master’s composition paired with Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri’s lyrics, and KJ Yesudas’ magical vocals, you might feel quite nostalgic, as the makers of 'Nadikalil Sundari Yamuna' have recreated the song. The makers of the upcoming Dhyan Sreenivasan starrer recreated the much-loved song from the 1989 movie 'Varavelppu' directed by Sathyan Anthikkad. The rendition is arranged by Arun Muraleedharan and is sung by veteran singer Unni Menon. Though the rendition would never replace the original, the new version is a decent tribute to the ever-green song.
