Bineesh lauds Anil Radhakrishnan Menon before the controversy

Anil Radhakrishnan Menon’s social media page has been flooded with comments terming him casteist and elitist, soon after a video of actor Bineesh Bastin accusing the filmmaker and management of Government Medical College, Palakkad, of the same, surfaced. Incidentally, another video that was shot by Sarath Krishnan, who became popular for travelling with his mother, also surfaced online that had Bineesh waxing eloquent about Anil’s attitude to up-and-coming actors. The video that was shot during the release of Porinju Mariyam Jose had Bineesh saying, “He is one of my favourite directors. I had worked with many filmmakers in project that had big stars and they usually ignore me. But I have only done a small role in (Anil) sir’s film and he talks to me wherever he sees me. Even if there’s Mammukka or Lalettan, he talks to me the same way he talks to them. He is someone who understands people.”
