Sumalatha Ambareesh expedites Karnataka's vaccine needs to great effect

Not very long ago, actor and current member of parliament, Smt. Sumalatha Ambareesh had sent across a note to the central government to address Karnataka's vaccine requirements. The request came on the back of the center's revised allocation plans for the Covaxin, and despite Karnataka struggling with the most active cases at the time, the state did not feature in the list (of allocations). Taking to social media, Sumalatha Ambareesh urged the top governing officials to address and prioritize Karnatata's urgent needs in this regard.
