Subhrajit Mitra on the grand scale of his film 'Avijatrik'

For filmmaker Subharajit Mitra, his next 'Avijatirk' is a dream project. He explains how the entire team of 'Avijatik' was keen to make this Satyajit Ray tribute film exotic and breathtaking to show the real India, to portray the wanderlust of Apu. In the film, we will relive the world of Apu — the iconic character from Satyajit Ray’s ‘Apu Trilogy’. It’s Arjun Chakrabarty who will essay the iconic character as Apu he will relive his childhood through the eyes of his son, visiting Benaras and his village Nischindipur.
