Pathikrit Basu’s ‘Kacher Manush’ starring Dev Adhikari & Prosenjit Chatterjee to release on Durga Puja this year!

Dev Adhikari took to his social media space to announce his upcoming venture that is slated to release this year during the auspicious Durga Puja. “During this unpredictable time, if everything goes well, we’ll release our ‘Kacher Manush’ in 2022 puja”. ‘Kacher Manush’ is an upcoming film by Pathikrit Basu that stars Prosenjit Chatterjee, Dev Adhikari and Isha Saha and the film as mentioned by the actor is gearing up for the 2022 Durga Puja. Last year in the motion poster launching event, the makers have announced that the film is slated for 2022 summer. But now due to the drastic rise in the Covid new variant Omicron cases, the Bengal Govt has reportedly insisted that the film theatres should run with only 50% of its occupancy. Adhikari himself had tested positive for covid post the announcement of the film release and now he is reportedly doing well and is relishing the success of Avijit Sen’s ‘Tonic’, which also stars Paran Bandopadhyay. The above team has also reportedly announced that their next film titled ‘Prajapoti’ will have Mithun Chakraborty making his comeback to films.
