Sonali Bendre fought a gruelling battle against metastatic cancer but, fortunately, the actress survived her ordeal and emerged victorious. Now, on the occasion of World Cancer Day, the actress has posted a video of her throwback pictures from the time she was under treatment till now. She documented the transformation she has gone through in the past two years and wrote a life-affirming message for herself. Taking to her caption, she wrote,'Note to self. P.S. For the rest of you, listen to your body and go for regular checkups, early detection helps! #WorldCancerDay.' This positive note is clearly applicable to all of us and we can all learn a thing or two from Sonali's trials.
