Varun Dhawan’s driver Manoj Sahu passes away due to heart attack

The 40-year-old driver breathed his last at 5.30 pm this evening. Manoj was rushed to Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital after he experienced chest pain, however he was immediately pronounced dead. Doctor Ajay Panday from Lilavati Hospital confirmed the news to ETimes, he said and I quote: "Yes unfortunately. My condolence to family." According to reports, Manoj was extremely close to Varun Dhawan nd his family. He apparently drove the actor to Mehboob Studios, in Bandra, where he was shooting for a brand endorsement. Varun Dhawan was seen at Lilavati Hospital. In the exclusive pictures by ETimes, Varun can be seen talking to his team members after his driver's untimely demise. He is seen sporting a mask due to the ongoing rise in Covid-19 cases. Varun is said to be heartbroken by the incident. In fact, the actor’s father David Dhawan too spoke to Varun and consoled him. Reports suggest that Varun and his family have decided to look after Manoj's family. Back in 2018, when Varun Dhawan unveiled his wax state at Madame Tussaud’s, Hong Kong, the actor invited Manoj on stage impromptu, and thanked him for all the support he has extended over the years. He called Manoj his driving force!
