Singer Sonu Nigam has clarified on his comment that he wished he was born in Pakistan because then he would at least get singing offers from India. The singer was heavily trolled by the netizens for the same. Sonu has now posted his version on his Facebook Page stating that his 'comments were taken out of the context.' He wrote that his point about being better born in Pakistan was about 'music companies in India asking Indian singers to pay 40-50% of their concerts remunerations to them, but they don't ask the same from the singers from abroad, namely Pakistan.'
