At the moment, all eyes are on the couple waiting to see if they'll weather this storm together and put this whole controversy behind them. However, amid all the scrutiny, a video of Shilpa talking about her husband Raj, has taken the internet by storm. We at ETimes get you the truth behind THIS reaction of Shilpa!!! The clip in question, is in fact from an event on January 30th, 2018. The actress was allegedly asked about Raj’s involvement in the IPL betting scandal, to which she said - ‘Am I Raj Kundra? Do I look like him? Who am I?. She also added 'I really believe as a celebrity you should never complain and you should never explain. Yeh meri zindagi ki philosophy rahi hai.' After some digging and careful studying of the video, we can confirm that this video is in fact an old one - and has no connection with the current case. Meanwhile, with regard to the pornography case, Raj Kundra is currently being investigated for, Shilpa in her statement to the police said, 'Kundra started Viaan industries Limited in 2015 and I was one of the directors till 2020 when I resigned due to personal reasons.' She also said, 'I am not aware about the Hotshots or Bollyfame apps. I was too busy with my own work and hence, not aware about what Kundra was up to'. Shilpa's statement is also a part of the chargesheet. With everything happening in Shilpa Shetty's life, she has been strong and is trying to spread positivity in any way she can on social media.
