Suchitra Krishnamoorthi slams Javed Akhtar for his 'very personal attack' on her ex-husband Shekhar Kapur

Filmmaker Shekhar Kapur and lyricist Javed Akhtar are making headlines for their recent Twitter spat. Javed had lashed out at Shekhar for his 'fear of intellectuals' tweet and even asked him to see a psychiatrist. Now, Suchitra Krishnamoorthi, actress and ex-wife of the director, has come forward in support of Shekhar Kapur. The 'Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa' actress expressed her shock at Javed Akhtar's 'very personal attack' on Shekhar and wrote that 'Intellectualism is indeed a malaise'. After Suchitra's tweet, Shekhar showed his gratitude to her in the commments.
