Sonali Bendre spills the beans on industry gossips: ‘They were convinced we were hiding the children..’

Sonali Bendre, in a recent interview, opened up about film industry gossips and how she was ‘very successful in Hindi’ films. The actress was asked if the line between gossip and hard news has been blurred, and she said, ‘They took (gossip) very seriously. They were convinced we were getting married, having babies, hiding the children… They were very convinced about all that.’ Further adding, ‘Our industry has always been a soft target.’ Sonali also talked about her acting career and said, ‘I was very successful in Hindi, I will say categorically.’ Stating that she worked in Telugu, Tamil and Marathi films too, she said, ‘So, today you talk about pan-India stars, I think I was one.’ For more news and updates, stay tuned to ETimes.
