Sona Mohapatra urges Union Minister Smriti Irani to look into Anu Malik controversy

Singer and musician Sona Mohapatra has been one of the most vocal supporters of the #MeTooMovement. She even accused music composer Anu Malik for sexual misconduct, who later was dropped as a judge of a popular singing reality show. Now the singer has urged Union Women and Child Development Minister Smriti Irani to look into the ongoing debate around Anu Malik. Sona in a social media post wrote a letter to the minister mentioning about Malik's return as one of the judges. Mohapatra, who is an avid social media user, has previously posted multiple statements against Malik and has asked people to join her in protest to get him ousted from the current season of the singing reality show.
