Sofia Hayat shares a video asking fans to 'expand their minds'

Bigg Boss fame Sofia Hayat is back in the news. The model-actress, who had turned a nun a couple of years ago recently took to her Instagram handle to share a video urging fans to expand their minds. The actress is currently spending some time in Tulum, which is a small municipality in Mexico. In a more than 3 minute long video, the actress is seen walking on a beach while talking about many things and shared her happiness in being in the lap of nature. Moving ahead, Sofiya requested fans to introspect what one should do to open up their mind. She even suggested fans to take a trip or surround themselves with art or do things which they have never done in life. She ended the video by telling her fans to open their mind to new possibilities and not let them limit their experiences.
