Singer and actress Amruta Fadnavis extortion case: Designer Aniksha Jaisinghani released from Byculla Jail

Designer Aniksha Jaisinghani was released from Byculla Jail on March 28. She was granted bail by Mumbai Court on March 27 on a surety of Rs 50,000. Aniksha was arrested on March 16 for attempting to extort ₹10 crores from Maharashtra’s Dy CM Devendra Fadnavis’s wife Amruta Fadnavis. Jaisinghani posed as a designer and threatened Amruta to publicise her voice notes and video clips if she did not pay her Rs 10 crores. She also forced Amruta to get her father’s name cleared from all charges.
