Filmmakers Shyam Benegal, Aparna Sen and Adoor Gopalakrishnan have expressed huge dissatisfaction after an FIR was lodged against nearly 50 celebrities in Bihar's Muzaffarpur, including themselves, for writing a letter to PM Modi raising concerns over mob lynching. The trio voiced similar concerns, questioning the legal system in the country. Those who signed the letter include Anurag Kashyap, Konkona Sen, director Mani Ratnam, Ramchandra Guha and 45 others.
