Shahid Kapoor gets injured on the sets of 'Jersey'

Film 'Kabir Singh' marked Shahid Kapoor's stellar performance last year, and now the actor has kickstarted shooting for his upcoming movie 'Jersey', which is a sports drama. But according to reports, Shahid recently got injured on the sets of the same. A close source revealed that the actor got hurt while playing cricket during a scene as he got hit by a cricket ball in the middle of the practice. Reportedly, the 'Kabir Singh' actor has been training hard for a couple of months to look like a professional cricketer. Meanwhile, 'Jersey' also features Pankaj Kapur and Mrunal Thakur in important roles and is slated to release on 28th August, this year.
