Aryan Khan moves HC seeking modification of bail condition about weekly appearance at NCB office Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has approached the Bombay HC seeking a waiver from weekly appearances at NCB office. The high court's bail order had directed Aryan to appear before the Narcotics Control Bureau office in south Mumbai every Friday to mark his presence. Aryan was on October 28 granted bail by the HC, 25 days after his arrest by the NCB in the case of seizure of banned drugs aboard a cruise ship off Mumbai earlier this month. According to his lawyer, the application is likely to be heard by the high court next week.
