Soon after her post evoked some strong reactions from celebs like Zoya Akhtar, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Maheep Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Mallika Dua, and several others who lauded the starkid for speaking against colourism. Reacting to Suhana’s post, Zoya commented, 'Thank you for sharing this. It's only self-hate that makes people want to demean others. In any case, we can't take criticism from people we wouldn't go for advice. A racist only defines themselves so you be your beautiful one. You are unstoppable'.
