Rishi Kapoor, who has been undergoing treatment in New York City since last year, has finally opened up about his health and confirmed that he had cancer. Almost a month after his friend, director Rahul Ruwail revealed that the 66-year-old is cancer free, Rishi confirmed that his eight month of treatment started on May 1 in the US, but now, he's in remission which means he is cancer-free. Though Rishi is feeling better now, the actor revealed that there's more medical procedure to be followed before he can return home. He will have to undergo a bone-marrow transplant which in all probability should take another two months minimum. He also thanked his family and friends for their continuous prayers and 'duas'.
