It’s been two decades since the movie was released but even today 'Lagaan' gives goose-bumps to the Indian audiences for various reasons – be it the touching storyline or the cricket match or Aamir Khan’s performance. But apart from these factors, ‘Lagaan’ is also remembered for one special character i.e. Gori Mem (Elizabeth) aka Rachel Shelley. She lives in Notting Hill, London with her partner Matthew Parkhill, who is a TV writer, director and producer. They have a 13-year-old daughter named Eden. The actress is known to be a family-loving person. In her free time, she loves to swim or spend time with her dogs. Rachel also loves to bake and frequently shares food photos on her feed. Even after 21 years of ‘Lagaan’, the charm on Rachel’s face is still the same, making her a timeless beauty.
