Superstar Rajinikanth's fans need not worry much, as the hospital has recently released his health update. The statement said that the Thalaiva is 'now stable and will remain in the hospital tonight.' News of Rajini being rushed to hospital surfaced online after the senior actor suffered fluctuations in blood pressure. The actor was shooting for his upcoming movie 'Annaatthe' in Hyderabad for 10 days and some people on the sets tested COVID-19 positive, however Rajini turned out to be COVID -19 negative as he was tested on December 22. Fans have been praying for Thalaiva's speedy recovery since the news broke. The full statement from the hospital read as, 'Rajinikanth is being monitored closely and medications to control his blood pressure are being carefully titrated. He will remain in the hospital tonight and undergo further investigations tomorrow. He is stable and is resting. Family and treating doctors have requested all well wishers to avoid visiting the hospital as he is not being allowed to meet any visitors.'
