Renowned Urdu poet and Bollywood lyricist Rahat Indori, who had tested positive for coronavirus, breathed his last at a hospital in Indore on August 11 after suffering two heart attacks. The hospital said that he also suffered from diabetes, hypertension and cardiac issues. Earlier, the poet himself took to Twitter to share the news of being coronavirus positive and asked people to pray for his quick recovery.
