Bollywood actress Payal Ghosh who has filed an FIR against Anurag Kashyap alleging sexual misconduct has now written a letter to the President of India, Ram Nath Kovind. Payal has also shared the letter on her social media account alleging that 'Justice is being delayed' in her case and fears that it 'might just as well be denied'. The letter states that no action has yet been taken by the police against the filmmaker since the FIR has been filed against him. She also alleged that the Mumbai Police is not arresting him because he is one of the influential people in the hindi film industry. Payal earlier sought help from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and had also met Governor of Maharashtra, Bhagat Singh Koshiyari regarding her case against Anurag Kashyap. However, the filmmaker was summoned by the Mumbai Police after Payal's FIR and was also questioned for more than 7 hours.
