In the legal battle between Richa Chadha and Payal Ghosh, the court ordered the latter to tender an apology to Chadha. Sharing a copy of this court order, Richa wrote that she had ‘won’. However, Payal has now slammed Richa for calling the development a victory. She said that she only agreed to 'apologise' because the judge had suggested an amicable settlement and she thought it would make her feel better. She further added, 'Where is the victory? If it's a settlement it is a settlement. And if for her dignity if I am saying sorry that doesn't mean I am giving a statement now that Anurag Kashyap didn't say her name to me.'
