Old ad featuring Urmila Matondkar goes viral, Anurag Kashyap clarifies it is from 1995

An old hoarding picture shared by a popular food brand on their social media handles featuring actress Urmila Matondkar has now become the talk of the town. The picture suggests that the senior actor isn’t ‘Masoom’ anymore, believing it to be a veiled dig at Urmila, who has been in the news for her spat with Kangana Ranaut. However, netizens mistook the ad for being 'misogynist' and called it 'distasteful'.Having said that filmmaker Anurag Kashyap cleared the air and pointed out that the ad came out during the release of 'Rangeela'. He even claimed that this ad has nothing to do with the current scenario.
