#MeToo: Sonam Kapoor discloses why Bollywood maintained silence on the movement

During the #MeToo movement in Bollywood, actress Sonam Kapoor was one of the few celebrities who lent their support to the movement. She condemned sexual harassment at workplace and encouraged the victims to raise their voice against the predators. Recently, Sonam revealed that many Bollywood stars remained silent on the matter because there is a lot of shaming and victim blaming in India. On the professional front, Sonam will next be seen in 'Ek Ladki ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga', which will hit the theatres on February 1st.
