On February 14, when the entire world is celebrating Valentine's Day, a day of love, Mandira is missing her dearest husband a little more as this day mark their wedding anniversary too and the couple would have completed their 23 year together today. Sharing a couple of wedding pictures with her late husband Raj Kaushal, a heartbroken Mandira wrote, "It would have been our 23rd Wedding Anniversary today. #ValentinesDay." As soon as the post hit the cyberspace, fans and friends from the industry rushed to to the comment section to shower their love on the actress. These celebs include Mouni Roy, Rhea Chakraborty, Mukti Mohan. Vishal Dadlani, Syami Khe, Ayesha Shroff, Arjun Bijlani among others. Actress and friend Vidya Malavade wrote, 'Much love always darling', whereas Ronit Roy sent a 'big hug'. Mandira also shared a throwback picture with Raj from one of their wedding anniversary celebrations on her Instagram stories. After a brief break of grieving the death of her husband, Mandira stood strong and resumed work a few months ago. Recently, she was also seen at BFF Mouni Roy's wedding and people were happy to see her happy pictures and videos from Mouni's wedding functions. Mandira had even hosted the newlyweds at her home. Mandira's late husband Raj Kaushal, who was a filmmaker by profession, passed away on 30 June 2021 due to a cardiac arrest. He was known for films like 'Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi', 'My Brother…Nikhil' and others. In an earlier interview with a news agency, Mandira opened up on how she managed to cop up after losing her husband and said, 'My motivation to keep working, striving and doing better… is my children. Everything I do, I do for them. They are my reason to carry on, my reason to live, to do better, to be better.'
