Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt file Rs 1 crore defamation case against Luviena Lodh for making false statements

After Luviena Lodh made some shocking allegations against Mahesh Bhatt and his family, the filmmaker and his brother, Mukesh Bhatt have filed a defamation suit in the Bombay High Court against the actress. Asking for an order refraining Lodh from making any false claims in the future, the Bhatts have sought Rs 1 crore in damages from Luviena. As per the reports, Luviena's lawyers assured the court that she would not publish or make any statements against the Bhatts. For the unversed, Luviena in her video alleged that Bhatt and four others from his family have been harassing her.
