National Award winning film maker Madhur Bhandarkar is back with another female-oriented film. 'Main, Indu' is set during the 21 months of the Emergency, between June 25, 1975 and March 21, '77, when constitutional rights were curbed, many of the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's political opponents were imprisoned and the press censored.
