Veteran actor Shreeram Lagoo passed away on December 17, at the age of 92. He was earlier admitted to a hospital in Pune. Cabinet Ministers Prakash Javadekar and Nitin Gadkari took to Twitter to express their grief on the actor's demise. The legendary actor, who was also a well known theatre personality, has worked in more than 100 Hindi films and over 40 Marathi films. Among his many feats is the Filmfare award for Best Supporting Actor for the 1978 Bollywood film 'Gharaonda'. Films such as 'Pinjara', 'Nagrik' and 'Kinara' are some of his most notable works. Several Bollywood celebs including Rishi Kapoor, Paresh Rawal and Ashoke Pandit also mourned his death.
