Koena Mitra on her plastic surgery: 'Was tortured for 3 years for my surgery... there is groupism and nepotism in our industry'

Bollywood actress Koena Mitra recently talked about nepotism and groupism in the Hindi entertainment industry and how she felt tortured for 3 long years after her plastic surgery. While talking to a portal, Koena revealed that the industry tried to typecast her and she used to get only bold and dance-based roles, which got her worried. She said that it was a culture when she began her career, however now things have changed for the better. Koena, who is known to not mince her words, accepted that nepotism and groupism exists in the industry and revealed, 'On one hand, an outsider like me got such a big break, while on the other hand, when I needed people from the industry the most, no one took a stand for me. It will always be my complaint with the industry that they have never said anything openly in my support.' The diva doesn't regret going under the knife, but fails to understand why people have a problem with it.
