In an interaction with ETimes, Jatin says that Yashpal's sudden demise (on July 13 this year) has left everyone associated with the film with a strange feeling. Jatin has kept in touch with Renu Sharma, Yashpal's wife. He reveals that she had a complicated pregnancy during the 1983 World Cup and Yashpal used to call her almost every evening at the neighbour's house (those were the days when we all didn't have phones and I am talking about landlines).
