Govinda pays emotional tribute to 'Masterji' Saroj Khan, says ‘will never forget the first meeting with her’

Days after the unfortunate demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, the film industry got another jolt as legendary choreographer Saroj Khan left for her heavenly abode on July 3rd. Now, taking to his Instagram handle, actor Govinda posted an emotional video paying tribute to his 'masterji'. Recalling their first meeting, he said in Hindi, 'I came to you, wanting to learn dance. But I had nothing to pay for the fees. And you told me, lovingly, we’ll worry about that later'. He further added that 'it is because of teachers like you that a common man like me, could go from Govind to Govinda. I cannot express myself in words right now'. Meanwhile, on the work front, Saroj Khan had choreographed almost 2000 songs in her career and won several accolades for her fabulous choreography, in movies like 'Devdas', 'Jab We Met','Beta', Kalank' and several others.
