'Drishyam' director Nishikant Kamat hospitalised, in critical condition

Director Nishikant Kamat, who has given some critically acclaimed films like 'Drishyam', and 'Madaari', has been reportedly admitted to a hospital in Hyderabad and his health condition is said to be critical. According to sources, Kamat has suffered from liver cirrhosis in the past and that has relapsed. Apart from direction, Kamat has also acted in John Abraham starrer 'Rocky Handsome.' Well, Kamat's critically acclaimed film 'Drishyam' recently completed five years of its release. Talking about his work front, Nishikant Kamat's upcoming film 'Darbadar' is expected to release in 2022.
