The on-screen bromance between veteran and legendary actors Amitabh Bachchan and Shatrughan Sinha back in the 70s used to create magic on the silver screen. Whenever the duo appeared together, new records were made at the box office and old ones got shattered. Films like 'Dostana', 'Shaan', 'Kaala Patthar' still hold that cult status in the Indian cinema. However, at that time there were several reports claiming that both the superstars do not share the same camaraderie in real life and do not get along well off-screen. Recently, we stumbled upon a memoir of Shatrughan Sinha wherein he made a lot of revelations about Big B. While stating that actresses like Zeenat Aman or Rekha also contributed to their rift, he wrote in his book, 'Maybe they didn't like something about me and they said something to Amitabh Bachchan, or maybe they said things about me because I knew a lot about them. To strengthen their position, they would be by Amitabh's side. During Kaala Patthar, a heroine who was known to be very friendly with him would visit him. She would come during Dostana also but not once would he bring her out and introduce her to any of us. In showbiz, everybody knew who was visiting whom. The media would immediately know if Reena was in my make-up room. Such things can never be hidden in our world.'
