Executive film producer and a former Dharma Productions employee, Kshitij Ravi Prasad, who was arrested by the NCB on September 26 in connection with the drug case is said to remain in custody till Oct 3. However, Kshitij claimed that he has been framed and he has nothing to do with the drug peddlers. Contrary to Prasad's claims, many drug peddlers have also mentioned his name in their statements given to the NCB. Meanwhile, the NCB in their petition seeking the custody claimed that they have recovered marijuana cigarette along with other evidences.
