Bhumi Pednekar talks about beauty standards in her latest post as she glams up for the day

In a very short span of time, Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar has created an inevitable place for herself with films like, 'Toilet: Ek Prem Katha', 'Bala', 'Dum Laga Ke Haisha', 'Shubh Mangal Saavdhan', 'Pati Patni Aur Woh', 'Saand Ki Aankh', 'Sonchiriya' and several others. She is an ardent social media user and always gives fans a sneak peek into her personal and professional life. Now, apart from being an incredible actress, Bhumi is also a hands-on make-up lover and often shared DIY videos on her Instagram handle. Now, yet again, she posted yet another video doing her own make-up and we must say the final look was radiant and she was glowing in it. The actress’s make-up was elegant and she shared the whole process of doing it in a video. In the post, she talked about how beauty isn’t about the standards set by society and emphasised that freedom comes from recognising inner beauty. The text on the video reads, 'Freedom comes from recognising you are beautiful outside of beauty standards' she hashtagged it 'Feel Karo reel karo', and captioned it as '#FromMyMessyRoom'. Soon after Bhumi's comment section was flooded with compliments and all things good. Her sister Samiksha commented, 'Loooove it!!!!' and termed the video 'Stunning' and called her 'beauty'. Now, talking about the work front, Bhumi will be next to be seen in 'Badhaai Do' essaying the role of a Physical Education teacher. She will be featured alongside Rajkummar Rao. 'Badhaai Do' will be different from its 2018 predecessor 'Badhaai Ho', which starred Surekha Sikri, Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Sanya Malhotra.
