Neither the world nor his family is ready to forget late actor par excellence, Irrfan Khan. His son, Babil, too, isn't ready to let go of all his memories with his dearly departed father as he holds on to them tight. Once again, filling hearts with peace and spreading a few minutes of joy, Babil took to Instagram to share a memory of his father, late Irrfan and his mom. Posting a then-and-now picture of his father and mom Sutapa Sikdar, Babil wrote that the black and white picture was 35-year-old. The first picture was Irrfan and Sutapa's candid click from their theatre days in the National School of Drama (NSD). The other one was a selfie. Many took to the comments section to bless Babil's feed. Babil who is quite active on the photo-sharing platform often treats his over 99k followers with never-seen-before photos which are more often than not followed by heart-touching captions. Only recently, he confirmed and told the world about his upcoming plans of following his father's footsteps. He revealed that he has been extremely frightened to join the industry without any prior training in acting. While this gives him anxiety, he also shared the simple mantra that helps him to find his way and it’s no one other than his 'baba' Irrfan Khan. Sharing a throwback picture of his late father with Tabu, he wrote, 'I know it’s been a minute. When my superstitions allow me to, I will reveal what I’ve been busy with, but there’s some stuff cookin.' He added, 'Anyway, since I’m obviously extremely frightened of having started my journey in Indian cinema without any formal training on acting and 8 years too early, I often calm my anxieties by looking at baba’s pictures from NSD and earlier films. Here’s something for his fans :))' The photo that Babil shared seems to have been clicked during the shooting days of Irrfan Khan and Tabu starrer 'Maqbool'.
