Yesteryear actress Asha Parekh recently put forth her views about the vilification of Bollywood, during an interview she termed it as 'really upsetting and sad', but added that the industry has seen worst than this and this storm shall also pass. Parekh said that 'It will be good for the industry if all the rubbish goes away' and further elaborated it as a 'good learning lesson for Bollywood.' Tha actress was quoted saying, 'I don’t think there’s so much bad in the industry that is being portrayed right now.' When asked about resuming work, Parekh said that she has been approached with offers but has denied to work in all of them as elderly are more vulnerable to COVID-19.
