Anushka Sharma’s ‘Pari’ banned in Pakistan

Anushka Sharma's latest release 'Pari' has been banned in Pakistan and according to reports the reason is that the film "promotes black magic, some non-Islamic values and anti-Muslim sentiments". Reports also claim that Pakistan's censor board also banned the Hindi horror film because it "reportedly contains objectionable sequences where Quranic verses have been used".
