Anupam Kher chants 'Om Namah Shivay' while lifting weights in New York

Veteran actor Anupam Kher has no intentions of taking a break or retiring from his thriving career, even though the actor is in his mid sixties. Anupam, who is currently in New York for a television show, has now shared a fitness video on Instagram. In the video, Anupam is lifting weights enthusiastically and as he workouts, he also chants 'Om Namah Shivay'. In his caption, the 'Khosla Ka Ghosla' actor appreciated his trainer's innovative measures and emphasising on the power of the chant 'Om Namah Shivay', said that he can 'produce better sounds than aaaahhh.'
