The Dev Deepawali celebrations in Varanasi this year were just as grand as every year. But the highlight of the festival this time was the presence of actor Anil Kapoor. The 'Mr India' actor enthusiastically took part in the celebrations that took place at the Dashashwamedh Ghat and also performed the Ganga Aarti on the occasion.
