Allu Arjun pays tribute to Puneeth Rajkumar, visits late actor's family in Bengaluru

Tollywood superstar Allu Arjun, who resides in Hyderabad recently flew to Bengaluru to pay tribute to Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar. The ‘Pushpa’ actor visited Puneeth's memorial at Kanteerava Studios and offered his prayers. He then visited Puneeth's elder brother Shivarajkumar and the entire family and offered his condolences. Allu Arjun returned from his two-week-long vacation in Dubai and after spending a few days at home with his family, he decided to meet late Puneeth Rajkumar's family members in Bengaluru. The actor also spent some time at Puneeth's memorial. Taking to his Instagram handle, Allu Arjun shared a few pictures and wrote, ‘My Humble respects To Puneeth Garu . My respect to rajkumar garu’s family , friends , well wishers & fans’. In one of the photos shared by Allu Arjun, he can be seen touching the portrait of Puneeth and praying for the departed soul. Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar was fondly called Appu by his family members and fans. On October 29, 2021, Puneeth suffered a massive cardiac arrest and breathed his last at a private hospital in Bengaluru. His family members and millions of fans were shocked to know that Appu was no more. The actor died at the age of 46 and like his parents Dr Rajkumar and Parvathamma, Puneeth's eyes were also donated. He was laid to rest at Kanteerava Studios with full state honours. Meanwhile on the work front, Allu Arjun is currently garnering praises for his latest released film ‘Pushpa: The Rise’. The film which is originally in Telugu has stormed the box office also with its dubbed version in Hindi. Netizens have taken to their social media handles to share short videos intimidating Pushpa aka Allu Arjun’s dialogue, ‘Puspa, Pushpa Raj, Main Jhukega Nahin’. There is no denial to the fact that the film’s dialogue as well as songs like 'Oo Anatava', 'Srivalli' have become a trend on social media.
