All my life I have been careful about my immunity: Ashmit Patel

Actor Ashmit Patel, who was in Lucknow recently for professional reasons, says he is blessed to be leading a healthy life during these tough times. "I am a thalassemia minor patient and I have low hemoglobin count and less red blood cells. So you can now understand that how cautious I have to be in the present pandemic times. My immunity is otherwise only a bit low and as it is I follow a very strict diet and workout schedule to keep myself fit."
