The two-time National Award-winning actor will play a no-nonsense income tax officer in 'Raid', which will be helmed by Raj Kumar Gupta. Set in Uttar Pradesh of the 1980s, the movie, produced by Bhushan Kumar and Kumar Mangat, has been scripted by Ritesh Shah (of 'Pink' and 'Airlift' fame). Scheduled to release on April 20, 2018, it is based on one of the most high-profile IT raids the country has ever witnessed. The movie will go on floors this September.
