Ahead of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's wedding, Neetu Kapoor makes all nostalgic by sharing her engagement picture with late Rishi Kapoor

As the much awaited big fat wedding of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt is all set to take place, the groom's mother and veteran actress Neetu Kapoor's latest post has raised the excitement level and at the same time made fans nostalgic. Remembering her late husband Rishi Kapoor on the occasion of Baisakhi, Neetu shared a slightly blurry black and white picture with Rishi Kapoor from their engagement ceremony in 1979. Along with the picture, the 63-year-old actress wrote, "Fond memories of baisakhi day as we got engaged 43 years back on 13th April 1979." Frinds from the industry along with fans poured their hearts out on this beautiful memory of Rishi and Neetu Kapoor. Meanwhile, Ranbir and Alia are set to tie the knot on April 14 and visuals of the RK House being decorated have been doing rounds on social media since past few days. Ranbir's Vastu pad is also being lit and the couple's work-in-progress Krishna Raj bungalow getting decked up for the occasion. According to reports, the Kapoors are going to organise a special puja at their Chembur home to honour late Rishi Kapoor before commencing all the wedding rituals.
