The acclaimed play Amar Photo Studio recently had a show in Pune. However, this show was different from the ones the team has done so far. For Sakhi Gokhale, one of the play’s protagonists, this was the last show. Sakhi, who is heading to the UK for pursuing further studies, took to the stage as Tanu for one last time. Interestingly, the team of Amar Photo Studio hadn’t announced who would be replacing Sakhi till the time the show commenced. In a first-of-its-kind, an actress was replaced on stage during the play itself.
